  (2026-03-20) Serial Experiments Lain PSX (Offline WebGL build)

   Is Spring break, so I decided to spend the last 3 days in compiling LainTSX into a macOS .app using Electron, npm and    vite.
   This port was a quite hard task because I had to change all paths to have them being relative and the media to be
   .ogg/webm instead of .mp4. (I also did a Windows build if someone wants to try it.)
